Payment Card Industry Non-Compliance
If your business is not Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, you will be receiving a monthly fee called the Non-Receipt of PCI Data Validation Fee. If this fee has been assessed to your account, it is because your account is not considered to be compliant during the statement period.
If you choose to validate your PCI compliance status with SecurityMetrics, SecurityMetrics will send a copy of your certification directly to us.
If you choose to validate your PCI compliance status with a third party, you will need to send us your validation documentation. You can upload your documentation here or fax it to 402-916-6487. You'll also need to provide the self-assessment questionnaire and quarterly scan (if applicable) when completing the form or faxing proof of compliance.
If this fee was billed in error, please contact us.
If your business is not PCI compliant and you would like to use our preferred vendor, call SecurityMetrics at 800-557-4684 or enroll online now.
